Automatic Ice Palletizer

Our next generation ice palletizing system offers a simple, durable and robust design and makes use of online technology for faster maintenance and support. Our automatic ice palletizer can pack up to 45 bags per minute using loose 10# bags and up to 37 bags per minute using 20# bags. There is no need to modify the system. Our ice palletizer will operate effectively with your existing bagging equipment. Changing from one bag size to another requires very little downtime and our ice palletizer works with both heat seal and wire tie bags as well as gusseted and non-gusseted bags.

Ice Storage Warehouses
We manufacture ice storage warehouses that can be designed according to your specific requirements, industrial or commercial. Our ice storage warehouses are made with prefabricated insulated panels, either polystyrene or polyurethane, and adhere to the strictest international standards. Our cold storage rooms feature a robust construction and proper temperature control (freezer or cooler grade).
We have qualified technicians who complete the installation of both the insulated panels and the refrigeration equipment. The same technicians will maintain and repair your refrigeration equipment when needed.

Keith
The Keith Walking Floor ice bin system provides a convenient and efficient method of metering ice with first in, first out product rotation. They can be designed to handle unlimited tonnage and provide an uninterrupted flow of ice.
Turbo
Handling anything from 20 to 400 tons capacities, Turbo storage bins and rakes store and handle the discharge of any kind of ice. Turbo rakes are available in both hydraulic and automatic versions.
North Star
North Star rectangular storage bins and rakes are suited to large capacity operations. These bins can hold between 100 and 250 tons of ice and offer the largest capacity per unit of floor area.
